CHANGES & REFUNDS

Return Policy
Did you receive your order and it does not match you? You have the right to return them by following these steps.

1. Do you want to change it with the same or another product:
If you wish to change a product with the same or another, you have the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.

A prerequisite for the realization of the return is that the product is in perfect condition, unused with all tags and markings on the factory, the order receipt and the completed return form.

The return to us must be done with the courier partner of HammersProject ELTA Courier. With the above Courier, the return to us is free of charge with “Recipient Fee”. As soon as we receive your parcel, your change is sent at your own charge of € 6.

2. Do you want to cancel your order:
If you wish to cancel your order or part of it after receipt of the products, you may a) refund your funds, or b) credit your money for future purchase. In case you wish to refund your refund, the products must be returned within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date and with the same shipping company. Your money will be returned to the bank account you will notify us within 7 (seven) days. In this case, you will be charged the shipping cost of € 4.96, and if your order was free of charge, then you will be charged the transport costs of the first order, ie € 4.96.

Clarifications!
The changes are made with the discount rate of the original order.
If you want a second refund of the same order, the shipping and return shipping costs will be covered by you.
After 7 (seven) calendar days no refunds are received and after 14 (fourteen) calendar days no refunds are accepted.
Swimwear should be tested above the undergarment without removing the protective adhesive tape for hygiene purposes. Otherwise, the return / change is not accepted.
Defective products
Defective are products that have a manufacturing error or have been damaged upon receipt. Products with damage and wear due to use are not considered defective.

Products with a marked manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product if available, otherwise the customer may choose another one of their choice within 7 calendar days. However, HammersProject reserves the right, in the event of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for review to determine whether the complaint is real. The customer will be informed of the progress of his complaint.

In the return and redistribution of defective products, the customer does not incur shipping costs, only the difference in the price of the new item, if any.

For orders outside Greece
For orders outside of Greece, the customer makes the return at a charge of his / her own and is charged for shipment replacement with the normal shipping cost (depending on the country of destination).
